So it occured to me that I have no idea how to even begin to look for a new computer anymore. I don't know what ANYTHING means when looking at specs. I was a bit vague on it wayyy back in the day when I got my Alienware and now I am just done. I know big hard drives are still good and the faster the better, as is having more RAM, but now even these have different types of junk and crap. If I want to spend 800 on a pc whats the best thing I can get?I assume I can get something better than what I currently have. Though I have no idea how to show you the specs on my current pc... Help, Nerdyone Kenobi!!!

So while I am laying around feeling like ass I am watching Stargate SG1. It's actually a pretty good show. I've gotten about halfway through Season 2. I've been wondering, will every member of the team get a spunky little teenage girl sidekick? Samantha got one and Tilk has one now too. Speaking of Tilk, he may be my favorite space negro of all. he's much cooler than Worf, that's for sure. He doesn't get his ass kicked every single episode. Well, not yet at least. He's pretty badass. I like the doctor. She's adorable.

Wait, so, how exactly are we going to pay for the new health care system? Did I misunderstand what he said? He's going to fix the bureaucracy in Medicare to pay for it? What magic spell is he going to cast to do this? I had no idea he was a multi-classer. I assumed he was an epic level Politician but I guess he must have 17 levels of Wizard as well. Wish is still a 9th level spell, right? I hope when he casts it he includes the USPS and Amtrak and every other government owned, completely ridiculous "business" out there.

It was nice of him, though, to say that the plan will include every single thing that every person wants. Everyone wins! I will say this; If he actually DOES shore up the leaks in the government and pay for the plan without increasing taxes for anyone I will take off my hat to the man and give him free reign for the rest of his term. He has said he will do the impossible and I for one will happily shut my trap about him if he pulls it off. Why? Because if he pulls this off he is obviously so fucking much smarter than anyone else in Washington there will be no point in trying to oppose him. Also, if he's that smart, and not actually Lex Luthor in disguise, I will assume he actually does have all of our bests interests in mind and not be a empty promise making, snake oil salesman.

This movie is so fucking good I could punch my own mother in the face. lubu took me out to see it today and I have to say i loved it. I think i may love it more than I loved Pulp Fiction. It was ridiculously good. It did have some long stretches when Nazis weren't being shot in the fucking face. I would have replaced these parts with more parts of Nazis being shot in the fucking face. That's about the only complaint I have. I highly recommend this movie to all. Unless you don't like gratiuitous violence. Then, perhaps, you should pass on this one.

Could someone tell me what makes a person not a racist? I had thought, silly me, that it was a person who judges a person by their actions and not by the color of their skin. Yesterday I found out that this was wrong and that those people are "ignorant". From what I have read, so far, a non racist is now:

1. Someone who notices race
2. Then pretends not to have
3. Then praises the minority about how AWESOME they are for being a minority
3a. May then bask in the minorities pride at being a minority, if the minority so chooses
4. Then admits that they are evil and spoiled (if they are white)

No one had sent me the memo, by the way, saying we no longer want people to just accept those around them and now have to give head to any minority. Also, I must add, I AM a minority and no liberal has given me head randomly. WTF?

So I have fixed most of the issues with my computer. I actually have it running much better than it used to in most cases. But I still have a couple of issues which maybe some of you have experience with.

First, I am trying to rip my iPod to replenish my iTunes which was completely wiped out in the reset. I've tried various programs but they download a few songs then say they can't do anymore. I can't do 4k+ songs in this manner. It's way too ridiculous. I found a program which says it can fix the errors on the iPod but it wants money for it. Not something i can afford to do right now.

Second, a friend gave me two months of WoW time. I reloaded WoW but it is acting kinda wonky. When I am in raids or in IF, not Dalaran, the screen will PARTIALLY freeze up. The chat text moves normally, and my little icon on the map will move, and I can see damage text, but everything else is frozen. I am used to lag where only I can move and I am used to the game freezing up completely but this is something completely new. And frustrating. I can't run raids like this. And IF gets so fucked up I can hardly run that either. Anyone have any ideas? My graphics drivers are are to date and I have no issues with other graphics intensive programs like Fallout 3. Any suggestions would be fantastic.

I highly recommend it. Go see it. Now.

A. Our military looks smart and bad ass. I would go and see it twice just for that.

B. Explosions. There are many. They are awesome.

C. Giant fucking robots kicking the shit out of eachother. There's alot of this and it's also awesome.

D. Some fantastic lines. And I don't just mean funny lines, which there are tons of, but also a couple which I thought were "Come With Me If You Want To Live" level of good. Very cool, Mr Bay.

E. Megan Fox. Um, guh, she's ridiculously hot and they know this.

F. Optimus Prime. 'Nuff Said.

G. Jetfire. He was my favorite for a long time. I was psyched to see him.

H. The twins. They've been changed drastically but they we fucking hilarious. Transformer freaks may remember the twins, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe, who turned into yellow and red lamborghinis. These guys aren't them. lol

I. Soundwave. They toned down his voice, sadly, but he was still pretty bad ass.

J. Devastator. Yes, the real one this time.

Feel free to add to the list. If you didn't like it I weep for you :P

*I should add, if you didn't like the first movie I have serious, SERIOUS doubts this one will be any better for you. This one has some raunchy humor which is pretty over the top goofy. Don't bother seeing this, or anything, if you're in a bad mood.
